高校二级管理模式下系部管理系统的设计

根据学校关于二级管理的一系列相关文件和系部承担的相关管理任务,设计了二级管理模式下系部管理系统总体结构与功能,以人事管理方面为例研究了系部人事管理的总体E-R图,给出了实现该系统的开发工具与数据库管理系统的选择和几项关键技术的具体设计。

According to the rule about the two-level management of our colloge, and the tasks undertaken in junior-grade schools, the main structure and functions of the management system of the junior-grade schools have been presented. Espeiatly, to take personnel management system as an example, the E-R chart, development tool, and database management system have been discussed in detail.
