This paper discussed the reform and development of higher- education in China from the problem of college student employment. Thus to adhere to the policy that based on education, to re -enfore development to higher- education, to deepen the reform and development to higher- education continuously to train men for profession who is needed for the development of economic society, which is one of the most important measure that can solve the problem of college student＇s employment in our country.
