摘要
文章针对流通服务工作中学生读者与馆员之间存在的沟通问题,分析了读者违规的心理因素及馆员与读者发生冲突的自身原因,指出了馆员在与学生有效沟通、构建和谐图书馆方面应该做出的努力。
Focusing on the problems in communications between librarians and student readers in circulation, this paper, from a personalized view, puts forward due effects in aspects of effective communications between librarians and readers and developing a harmonious library on its analysis on the psychological factors of readers in disobeying the regulations and the inner factors of the conflicts between librarians and readers.
