摘要
通过双极性膜电渗析技术,把一乙醇胺脱氢氧化生产氨基乙酸过程中产生的氨基乙酸钠盐转化为氨基乙酸和氢氧化钠.系统研究了制备过程中的电流效率、转化率、能耗、收率及溶液浓度等技术指标.实验结果表明,氨基乙酸钠的转化率达98%,氨基乙酸钠溶液转化的总收率达89%,平均电流效率达72%,平均耗电低于1.0 kW.h/kg氨基乙酸.制得的氨基乙酸产品的纯度≥99.5%.
Bipolar membrane electrodialysis(BME) is used to convert sodium amino acetate to amino acetic acid and sodium hydroxide in the dehydrogenation oxidation of ethanolamine to produce amino acetic acid. Electric current efficiency, percent conversion, energy consumption, yield and solution concentration are studied. The results show that the percentage conversion of sodium amino acetate is more than 98% and the yield of amino acetic acid is up to 89%. The average electric current efficiency is 72%. The power cost is less than 1.0 kW·h per kg amino acetic acid. The quality of the produced amino acetic acid after BME conforms with the quality requirements in medicine and food industry.
