摘要
根据光波导导波层液体折射率随液体浓度不同而有所变化,从而研究了一种通过吸收测量而探测出光波导中液体浓度变化的传感器.分析了光波导吸收传感器的实验原理,并通过自行设计的这种双面金属包覆波导结构组成的传感系统进行了相关的实验,得到了不同浓度液体的光谱吸收特性曲线.实验结果表明,该传感器系统具有结构简单、成本低、易于加工、探测灵敏度高等优点.
Liquid refractive index changes with its concentration and the change can be measured through its absorption spectrum, according to this theory, we present a Symmetrical metal - cladding optical waveguide sensing system, the characteristie curves of liquid with different concentration is obtained by using a symmetric metal cladding optical waveguide. the experimental results show that the sensing system features simple structure, low cost and high sensitivity.
