眉县山洪灾害防御现状与减灾措施探讨

眉县境内山洪灾害主要由局地暴雨引发，以洪水灾害为主。为减灾防害，应采取四项防治减灾措施：1、重视汛前检查，加大渡汛隐患排查力度；2、加强山洪灾害的宣传力度；3、加大山洪灾害防治工程建设力度；4、建立健全山洪灾害防御指挥体系。

The mountain torrents Disaster within the range of Meixian County are mainly caused by rainstorm floods. In order to prevent and mitigate the torrents disaster, the four countermeasures should be taken as follows： 1. before flood season, it must be paying attention to inspection in order to find the hidden troubles. 2. To intensify the propaganda of torrents prevention. 3. To speed up the construction of engineering for torrents prevention. 4. To set up or consummate the chain of command of torrents prevention system.
