摘要
采用三维有限元仿真计算程序对某碾压混凝土围堰掺MgO和不掺MgO两种方案进行了计算和分析,探讨了大体积混凝土掺用MgO后的温度应力分布特点,结果表明掺MgO后对基础强约束区混凝土温度应力有明显的补偿作用,是简化温控措施和减少温度应力裂缝的有效途径。为进一步研究碾压混凝土掺用MgO筑坝技术提供了重要参考。
Simulation analysis program of 3-dimensional finite Element for compute two kinds of the compacted concrete cofferdam projects were used in this study, for which the concrete contains and not MgO contains in order to discusses the characteristic of thermal stress field of the mass concrete with MgO. The result show that the concrete mixed with MgO can obviously compensate for thermal stress of the foundation restraint section and it is the useful way to simple temperature control measures and reduce thermal stress to use the concrete mixed with MgO. The conclusion may provide important reference for the further research in future.
