摘要
用组织培养技术,将SD大鼠的坐骨神经段及脊神经节培养在聚酯纤维上,最长培养时间为30天,对雪旺细胞的行为进行了研究.用倒置相差显微镜、扫描电镜及透射电镜对雪旺细胞的行为作了观察.结果显示:雪旺细胞沿聚酯纤维作螺旋式迁移;雪旺细胞支持并引导脊神经节突起的生长;聚酯纤维对神经段和脊神经节有良好的生物相容性.实验为非神经移植体研究提供了新的材料.
The sciatic nerve segments and dorsal root ganglions, obtained from newborn Sprague-Daw-ley rats . were cultured on the polyester fibers for 30 days. The migration of Schwann cells from the segments in vitro was successfully observed with inverse phase contrast microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that Schwann cells migrated along the polyester fiber in a spiral fashion, and supported and induced the extension of neurites, and that there was good compatibility between the polyester fiber and the cultured nerve components. This experiment provided some new data for the study of non-nerve graft.
