摘要 用胚胎脊髓腹侧组织块植入缺损运动神经元的大鼠脊髓内;同时把带有神经的拇长伸肌移放到脊髓移植物旁.其神经的断端插入移植的部位.应用碱性成纤维细胞生长因子作用脊髓移植物,经HRP逆行追踪。 The ventral tissue block of the embryonic spinal cord was transplanted into the spinal cord-depleted motoneurons in rats. At the same time, the extensor hallucis longus muscle with its nerve was transposed to the side of spinal transplant. The nerve end was inserted into the site of transplantation. Basic fibroblast growth factors were used to stimulate spinal transplant.The observations of transplanted muscles with HRP retrograde tracing, AChE histochemistry and suc-cinic dehydrogenase histochemistry indicated that bFGF might promote the survival and growth of neurons of transplanted embryonic spinal tissue.
