摘要
用间接免疫荧光法观察了出生后不同年龄组大鼠翼腭神经节内血管活性肠肽免疫反应阳性细胞的数量变化.发现出生后1天血管活性肠肽免疫反应阳性细胞数量比例最高,占神经节细胞的38.6%,之后随年龄的增加而逐渐减少.至4周时降为17.7%,成年和老年时血管活性肠肽免疫反应阳性细胞分别为16.7%和16.6%,与4周时无明显差别.
An observation was made in rats of different postnatal age on the quantity of vasoactive intestinal polypeptide(VIP)-like immunoreactive(IR) cells in the pterygopalative ganglion by indirect immunofluorescent method. The results showed that the quantity of VIP-IR cells was highest in the first day after birth accounting for 38. 6 percent. The quantity of VIP-IR cells decreased to 17. 7 percent by the fourth week. The quantity in adult and aged rats was 16. 7 and 16. 6 percent respectively. It was apparent that the quantities of VIP-IR cells in adult rats, aged rats and four-week rats showed no remarkable difference.
