摘要
针对一类指标值和指标权重值均为语言评价信息的多指标决策问题,给出了一种决策分析方法。首先,为了便于语言指标值和语言指标权重值的集结运算,定义了一种扩展的语言有序加权平均(ELOW A)算子,并进行了该算子的性质分析;然后,依据ELOW A算子给出了解决语言多指标决策问题的计算步骤,其核心是通过语言信息的集结运算,得到各方案的综合评价值,从而根据二元语义信息的比较原则,可得到所有方案的排序结果;最后通过一个算例说明了本文提出方法的可行性和实用性。
With respect to multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problems with linguistic information of attribute values and attribute weight values,a decision analysis approach is proposed. Firstly,the extended linguistic ordered weighted averaging (ELOWA) operator is proposed and properties of the operator are analyzed. Then, calculation steps for .solving the MADM problem with linguistic information are given based on the ELOWA ,operator. In the approach, alternative appraisal values are calculated by the aggregation of linguistic information. Thus, the ranking of alternatives or selection of the most desirable alternative (s) is obtained by the comparison of linguistic two-tuple information. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
