摘要
6Sigma是实现过程控制和持续改进的有效方法,本文针对复杂系统集成过程管理存在的问题,分析了6Sigma在系统集成过程管理中应用的可行性,提出了一种基于6Sigma的系统集成过程模型。该模型具有信息及时反馈、过程持续改进、提高质量和降低成本的特点,在项目中得到应用并取得明显效果。
Six Sigma is a valid method for process control and continuous improvement. Aiming at the questions that exist in complicated system integration process management, this paper analyzes the feasibility of applying Six Sigma in system integration process, and puts forward a system integration model based on Six Sigma. The model has characteristics of timely feedback of information, continuous betterment of process, heightening quality and reducing cost. The model has been used in a project and the impact is visible.
