应用生物膜治疗膝关节粘连性僵直

Treatment of Adhesive Stiffness of Knee Joint with Biological Membrane

股骨髁及髁上骨折后长期进行外固定者,常致膝关节僵直.作者自1991年以来,对这类患者在膝关节松解过程中,应用放置生物膜的方法来防止术后粘连,共收治22例病人.术后随访10—34个月,平均19个月,参照Judet氏评定法,优9例,良11例,尚可1例,差1例.优良率90.1%,取得良好效果.

Stiffness of knee joint is always caused by external fixation for long time after fracture of femoral condyle and supracondyle. Twenty - two patients with stiffness of knee joint have been treated by using biological membrane to prevent postoperative adhesion during knee joint release from 1991. Postoperative followed - up from 10 - 34 months (average 19 months). According to Judet's stardard, 9 excellent, 11 good, 1 fair, 1 bad, the rate of excellent and good cases is 90. 1%. The result is satisfactory.
