膝关节滑膜皱襞综合征的解剖与临床23例观察

The Anatomy and Clinical Observation on 23 Cases With Knee Joint Synovium Plica Syndrome

对200侧胎儿膝关节滑膜皱襞的形态学进行观察,结果表明,膝关节滑膜皱襞有各种形状,主要存在三个部位,髌上滑膜皱襞发生率为99.5%;髌内侧滑膜皱襞发生率为70%;髌下滑膜皱襞发生率为100%.依照结果,作者自1990年～1994年共手术治疗膝关节滑膜皱襞综合征23例.21例经1.5年以上随访,15例临床症状消失,6例基本消失,治疗效果满意.

We have observed the morphology of knee joints synovium plica of 200 sides foetuses since 1990. The results revealed that knee joints synovium plica has all kinds of shppes. The incidence in the upper patella was 99. 5%, it was 70% on the internal side of patella and it was 100% in the lower patella. From 1990 - 1994, 23 cases of knee joints synovium plica syndrome were operatively treated. 21 cases were followed up for over one and a half years. Among them 15 cases clinical symptoms had disappeared and 6 cases had basically disappared. The results of the treatment are satisfactory.
