摘要
介绍了TBM(隧道掘进机)性能预测模型的研究状况、滚刀的切削力计算模型以及掘进参数的计算方法。编制了TBM掘进性能预测程序,可以对每个滚刀的切削深度、切削槽断面积、切削体积、切削槽形状、切削力、刀盘扭矩、推力、纯掘进速度、不平衡力等参数进行计算。运用预测程序对秦岭隧道TB880E型隧道掘进机性能进行了模拟预测,并与实际施工性能参数进行了验证对比。结果表明,模型的计算精度高,预测结果合理。预测模型可用于优化TBM刀具布置、验算TBM刀盘不平衡力以及预测TBM施工性能参数。
The status of the studies on TBM ( tunnel boring machine) performance prediction models is presented and the calculation models for the cutting forces of the disc cutters and the calculation methods for the boring parameters are described in the paper. A TBM boring performance prediction model is established, by which such parameters of disc cutters as cutting depths, cross-sectional areas of cutting grooves, cutting volumes, shapes of cutting grooves, cutting forces, cutter head torques, thrust forces, net penetration rates and eccentric forces can be calculated. The prediction model is used in the simulation of the performance of TB880E TBMs used for the construction of Qinling tunnel. A comparison is made between the prediction results and the actual performance of TB880E TBMs in the field, which demonstrates that the prediction model has high calculation accuracy and the prediction results are reasonable. The prediction model can be used to optimize the arrangement of the disc cutters of TBMs, to verify the eccentric force of TBM cutterheads and to predict the boring performance of TBMs.
