Quality Control of Segment Erection of Shield-driven Metro Tunnels

结合广州地铁三号线某区间盾构法隧道施工中出现的管片拼装质量问题,总结了有关经验,就管片的进场验收、下井前保护和检查、运输过程中的保护、管片选型的原则、拼装过程中的技术要求和拼装过程中的常见问题以及管片脱出盾尾后的保护问题进行了初步探讨。

Taking the construction of a shield-driven tunnel on line 3 of Guangzhou Mass Rapid Transit system as example, the author presents the quality control of the segment erection of shield-driven Metro tunnels in respect of acceptance tests of segments being mobilized to the job site, protections and inspections of segments before being hoisted into shafts, protections of segments during transportation, principles of segment selection, technical requirements for segment erection, problems occurring during erection and protections of segments leaving the tail skins.
