三菱盾构机姿态测量倾斜仪系统的国产化 被引量:2

摘要 测斜仪系统是测量盾构机姿态参数的重要设备,保证盾构机沿设计隧道中心线掘进。但三菱的测斜仪损坏时,国际采购不仅成本高,更主要的是采购周期长,会造成很大的停工损失。国产化替代不仅可以节约成本,保证正常的生产进度,而且可以在一定程度上提高使用效果。测斜仪系统国产化关键是倾斜计和转换模块的替代。着重介绍了倾斜计的替代和选型注意事项,转换模块的替代方法,初始值标定程序及替代后系统可能出现的故障情况及处理方法。国产化改造简便了维修,提高了使用效果,有利于提高盾构机国产化技术水平。 The inclinometer system is one of the important instruments to measure the attitude parameters of shield machines, so that the shield machines can advance along the designed alignments. Once the inclinometer systems on the shield machines manufactured by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries are destroyed, beside high procurement cost and long procurement duration, great losses may be imposed due to long-term construction suspensions when international procurement is adopted. If inclinometer systems made in China are used to replace the destroyed systems, however, the cost can be reduced, normal construction can be guaranteed and the performance of the inclinometer systems can be improved. The key of developingChinese-made inclinometer systems lies in the substitution of the inclinometers and conversion modules. In the paper, the author presents the substitution and type selection of the inclinometers, the substitution methods of conversion modules, the calibration procedures of the initial parameters, the malfunctions that may occur to the inclinometer systems after the substitutions and their countermeasures. Owing to the adoption of the inclinometer systems made in China, the repairing and maintenance of the shield machines become easier, the performance of the shield machines is improved and the home-made technological level of the shield machines is increased.
