高龄食管贲门癌患者的外科治疗

Surgical treatment for the elderly patients with esophageal and cardiac cancer

目的评价高龄食管贲门癌患者的手术治疗效果。方法回顾性分析58例70岁以上食管贲门癌患者的术前准备、手术方法、并发症的发生和防治方法。结果术后发生严重并发症7例,发生率为13.79%;术后死亡1例,病死率为1.72%。与70岁以下组相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论对高龄食管贲门癌患者的手术治疗应采取积极稳妥的态度。

Objective To explore the surgical therapy for elderly patients aged ≥70 years with esophageal and cardiac cancer （ n = 58）. Methods Preoperative preparation, operation methods, prophylatic-therapeutic measures to complications in 58 patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 7 patients severe complications appeared. Postoperative complication rate and mortality were 13.79 % and 1.72 %, respectively. Conclusion A prudent attitude to the operation treatment should be adopted actively for elderly patients with esophageal and cardiac cancer.
