摘要
研究了在β-环糊精(β—CD)及演化十六烷基三甲基镀(CTMAB)存在下。用甲基百里香酚蓝(MTB)分光光度法测铝的方法。在弱酸性介质中。β-CD、CTMAB存在下,MTB与Al^3+形成稳定配合物.该配合物的最大吸收波长为540nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为8.18×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1铝浓度在0-40μg/25mL范围内服从比尔定律,用于石灰石与水样中微量铝的测定,结果满意。
To study the method of aluminium measurement with MTB under the existence of β - CD and CTMAB. Among the weak acid medium, MTB and Al^3 + come into steady combination. The largest absorption wavelength of combination is 540nm. The mole coefficient of light absorption is 8.18 × 10^4 L·mol·1 ·cm^-1. The aluminium's density obeys the Bill's Law in the range of 0-40μg/25mL. It is satisfied to measure the micro- aluminium in lime stone,and water samnle.
