叶源限制对高品质棉纤维长度的影响及其生理机制研究

摘要 以高品质棉科棉1号为试验材料,以常规品质棉苏棉15号为对照品种,研究叶源限制对棉纤维长度的影响。结果表明:高品质棉科棉1号棉纤维长度受叶源限制主要发生在花后20~30 d;常规棉苏棉15号轻度叶源限制主要使花后20~30 d棉纤维长度显著下降,重度叶源限制使花后10 d内棉纤维长度受到显著限制。叶源限制使高品质棉的棉纤维长度缩短更为明显,主要是由于棉纤维快速伸长期明显缩短。对棉纤维伸长期IAA含量、ATP酶活性测定结果表明,纤维中IAA含量、ATP酶活性与棉纤维长度呈显著正相关(r分别为0.9617^(**)、0.8497^(**)),说明棉纤维的伸长与IAA含量、ATP酶活性密切相关。 The high-quality cotton Kemian No. 1 was used to study the effect of the insufficient leaves source on fiber length with the conventional fiber quality cultivar Sumian No. 15 as control. The results showed that the fiber length reduced greatest during 20 to 30 days after anthesis (DAA) for both Kemian No. 1 and for Sumian No. 15 under light leaves source deficits, the fiber length reduced greatest during 0 to 10 DAA for Sumian No. 15 under strong source deficits. The period of the fiber fast elongation was shorter for Kemian No. 1 under the insufficient leaves source. There was significant positive correlation between the fiber IAA content, ATPase activity and fiber length at the fiber extension period, and the correlation coefficients were 0. 961 7 and 0. 849 7 respectively. These results suggested that the insufficient leaves source reduced the fiber physiological activity, and made the fiber shorter.
