摘要
目的观察毁损海洛因依赖大鼠伏隔核(NAc)对大鼠行为的影响。方法海洛因依赖组(实验组)按逐日递增原则皮下注射海洛因建立海洛因依赖模型,对照组注射等量生理盐水。毁损电极插入大鼠伏隔核行直流电毁损。结果伏隔核毁损后,戒断症状:实验一组(海洛因依赖未毁损伏隔核)与实验二组(海洛因依赖毁损伏隔核)比较有显著差异(P<0.05);伏隔核毁损后,水迷宫找平台潜伏期实验一组与对照一组(未毁损伏隔核)比较无差异,实验二组与对照二组(毁损伏隔核)比较无差异;两毁损组(实验二组与对照二组)分别与未毁损的实验一组、对照一组比较潜伏期明显延长(P<0.05);跨台次数两毁损组分别较实验一组与对照一组明显减少(P<0.05)。探究行为两毁损组分别较实验一组与对照一组明显下降(P<0.05)。结论毁损伏隔核,海洛因依赖大鼠的戒断症状减轻、学习记忆能力下降、探究行为兴奋性降低。
Objective To observe the changes of behavior after damaging the NAc in the herein-dependent rats. Methods Heroin was injected according to the princicle of daily increasing dose to establish herein-dependent model of rats. Saline of equal dose was administrated in control group. NAc in heroin dependent rats was damaged with direct electrolytic lesion surgery. Results After damaging NAc, the withdrawal signs in heroin greupl (HG1,not damaging NAc) were significantly different from that in heroin greup2 (HG2, damaging NAc)(P〈0.05).The latent period in the HG2 and the contrel greup2 (CG2, damaging NAc )was longer than that in the HG1 and control greup1 (CG1, not damaging NAc),(P〈0.05).The times that the rats passed the position of the platform in the HG1 and CG1 were more than that in the HG2 and the CG2 (P〈 0.05). The exploring ability in the HG2 and the CG2 was weaker than that in the HG1 and CG1 (P〈0.05). Conclusions After the NAc was been destroyed, the withdrawal signs are allevlated,and the learning and exploring abilities of the herein-dependent rots are weakened.
