氨基甲酸乙酯与普鲁卡因在实验兔麻醉中的联合应用

Application of combining urethane with procaine in experimental anaesthesia of rabbits

目的观察氨基甲酸乙酯与普鲁卡因联合应用在实验兔中的麻醉效果。方法先采用25%氨基甲酸乙酯4ml/kg静脉麻醉,注射至家兔进入麻醉状态;对麻醉不成功的家兔在手术中采用追加25%氨基甲酸乙酯2～3ml或术野用1%盐酸普鲁卡因局部浸润麻醉。结果采用氨基甲酸乙酯与盐酸普鲁卡因局部浸润麻醉联合使用的方法,与追加氨基甲酸乙酯全麻方法的比较,死亡率明显降低(P<0.01)。结论联合使用25%氨基甲酸乙酯全麻与1%盐酸普鲁卡因麻醉实验兔的方法操作简单,麻醉安全有效,死亡率低,值得推广。

Objective To observe the applied effects of combining urethane with procaine in experimental anaesthesia of rabbits. Methods General anesthesia was induced by intravenous injection of 25% urethane （4ml/kg）. Either 25% urethane （2-3 ml） or 1% aethocaine hydrochloride was used as local infiltration anesthesia in the operation field for rabbits of unsuccessful anaesthesia. Results Death rote was significantly lower by application of combining urethane with procaine compared with superaddition of urethane （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Application of combining 2.5% urethane with 1% procaine in experimental anaesthesia of rabbits is simple, safe and effective, which is worthy of wide application.
