半夏茯苓胶囊防治化疗所致呕吐的临床与实验观察

Clinical and experimental observation of antiemetic effect of banxia-fuling capsule on emesis induced by chemotherapy

目的观察半夏茯苓胶囊(Banxia-Fuling Capsule,BFC)对化疗所致恶心、呕吐(chemotherapy induced nauseaand vomiting,CINV)的止吐疗效和副作用。方法38例接受第2周期化疗的恶性肿瘤患者和由顺铂诱导呕吐的家鸽用BFC进行止吐治疗,观察相应的呕吐潜伏期和呕吐发作次数。结果①BFC可以降低患者的恶心、呕吐的程度,可减少患者的呕吐次数并延长呕吐潜伏期,有效率达63.1%,低于阳性对照恩丹西酮组的有效率83.3%,对I0、II0的呕吐效果较好,对III0、IV0呕吐的止吐效果较恩丹西酮差,BFC止吐中除2例出现轻度腹泻外,余无不良反应。②BFC止吐效应与水煎剂相似,均明显延长家鸽的呕吐潜伏期,减少呕吐发作频率和呕吐发生率,呈剂量依赖性。结论BFC防治化学性恶心呕吐(CINV)与传统的汤剂一样安全有效和价廉,无明显的毒副作用,适用于轻中度的呕吐治疗,且较传统的汤剂具有服用和携带方便的优点,患者易于接受;同时对重度的呕吐与恩丹西酮合用可能有协同作用。

Objective To observe the antiemetic effect of Banxia-Fuling Capsule （BFC） on nausea and emesis induced by chemotherapy. Methods It was pretreated with BFC before chemotherapy that 38 cases of malignant tumor in the second cycle chemotherapy and the pigeons on emesis induced by intravenously injecting cisplatin .The latency time of the first emesis, the frequency of emesis bouts and side effect of BFC were observed. Results ①BFC could decrease the acute emetic degree and the frequenoy of emesis of patient, prolong the latency time of the first emesis, CR＋PR 63.1%. the antismatic effect of BFC is well to Ⅰ^0,Ⅱ^0 nausea and emesis ,but is not better than ondansetmn to Ⅲ^0,Ⅳ^0 one, and no side effect besides two cases Ⅰ^0 diarrhea. ②he latency time of emesis of the pigeon was prolonged, the frequency and incidence of the emesis were decreased, which was similar to the traditional hot water extract of banxia-fuling,and its antiemetic effect was dose dependen. Conclusions BFC was efficacious and safe as well as cheap in inhibiting chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting （CINV） end similar to the hot water extract of benxia-fnling, and no side effect,which used to treat Ⅰ^0, Ⅱ^0 nausea and emesis. Compared with the traditional hot water extract of hanxia-fuling, BFC was more convenient in taking in and taking away as well as patients were more willing to accept. It maybe has synergistic action to severe vomiting that the Banxia-Fuling capsule combined with Ondansetron hydrochloride.
