自体微粒皮同种异体皮混合移植在大面积深度烧伤中的应用体会

Application of auto-microskin plus allo-skin covering in the treatment of large area deep burn

目的探讨自体微粒皮同种异体皮混合移植在大面积烧伤中临床应用效果。方法2001年至今共收治15例大面积深度烧伤患者,共计24个部位的早期切痂后创面应用自体微粒皮同种异体皮混合移植修复。结果①15例病人全部存活。②同种异体皮在创面存活2～4wk,脱落后自体微粒皮成活扩展覆盖创面90%以上的共18个部位,60%～80%的6个部位。残余创面经换药或1～3次自体邮票状植皮愈合,愈合时间28～52d。③随访2年创面愈合后瘢痕增生轻,皮肤弹性可。结论自体微粒皮加同种异体皮混合移植治疗大面积深度烧伤临床疗效确切。

Objective To evaluate the effect of transplantation of auto-minreskin plus allo-skin covering in the treatment of large area deep bum. Methods Fifteen cases involving twenty-four parts with deep bum were treated with removal of eschar at the early stage, transplantation of auto-microskin covering with allo-skin from 2001.Results All the fifteen cases were cured. The allo-skin can survive on the wound 2-4 weeks. The rate of auto-microskin covered the eschar area in 18 parts reached 90%, while in 6 parts was 60%-80%. The bum wound permanent covered days was shortened. Two years follow-up showed a content effect. Conclusions The thuerapeutic of auto-microskin plus allo-skin covering in the treatment of large area deep burn is reliable.
