Ms Coat脱敏剂的临床疗效观察

CURATIVE EFFECTS OF MS COAT DESENSITIZATION AGENT

目的观察Ms Coat治疗牙本质过敏的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为2组。实验组采用Ms Coat脱敏剂涂擦,对照组采用氟化钠涂擦,进行牙齿敏感症的脱敏治疗。结果即时疗效、半年有效率:实验组分别为95.45%和71.28%,对照组分别为92.34%和65.21%。二者相比均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Ms Coat对牙本质过敏的治疗具有较好的疗效,且操作简单、易学,适用于基层医院推广应用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Ms Coat desensitization agent on dentin hypersensitiveness. Methods The cases were randomly divided into the experimental group treated by Ms Coat desensitization agent and the contrast group treated with sodium fluoride for the treatment of dentin hypersensitiveness. Results The instant curative effect and the half-year-long curative effect in the experimental group were 95.45 % and 71.28% respectively, while those in contrast group were 92, 34% and 65.21% respectively, There existed significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Ms Coat desensitization deserves to be widely used in community hospitals for its good effects and simple management.
