一种篦齿封严结构声固耦合共振分析的工程方法

摘要 提出一种判定篦齿封严装置是否存在声固耦合共振问题的工程方法.对各参数进行无量纲处理,借助ANSYS软件分析篦齿封严组件振动的特性,获得结构无量纲频率和振型;利用双控制体气动模型计算得到篦齿封严腔内气体声频;根据相关判定准则分析结构是否存在声固耦合共振.结果表明此方法可以较好地预估声固耦合共振的发生.静子件在6周波处声固耦合裕度为18.1%,低于准则标准,将发生声固耦合共振;声频与转动件前行波在1周波处易发生声固耦合共振,与转动件后行波在3周波处易发生声固耦合共振. An engineering analysis method is presented, which is used to determine whether there exists sound-machine coupling resonance in a labyrinth gas seal device. The vibration characters of the labyrinth gas seal device are analyzed with non - dimensional parameters in ANSYS and the non - dimensional frequencies and modes are obtained. The sound frequencies of the air in the sealed cavity are calculated with a double controlled model. The sound-machine coupling of the device is judged according to relative rules. The results show that the method can estimate the sound-machine coupling resonance of the device effectively. The sound-machine coupling resonance margin of the stator in the labyrinth gas seal device is 18.1% at six-circle wave mode that is under the rule requirement so that sound-machine coupling resonance occurs. The sound frequencies and the forward wave of the rotator in the labyrinth gas seal device are liable to induce sound-machine coupling resonance at one-circle wave mode. The sound frequencies and the backward wave of the rotator of the labyrinth gas seal device are liable to induce sound-machine coupling resonance at three-circle wave mode.
