摘要
通过对原有与GLZ-12滤棒成型机配套的加炭装置的分析,针对烟用复合滤棒加炭装置施加粉体材料时,施加量达不到设计要求,并造成严重的扬尘现象,提出了一套全新的设计思路:把不同比重、不同粒度的粉体材料均匀地施加到滤棒中,其施加量可根据设计需要在0.5~5.0mg/mm范围内进行调节,同时保证粉体材料能够得到最大程度的回收利用,在粉体材料施加过程中保证生产环境不被粉尘污染,提高了加粉滤棒物理数据的稳定性,使粉体吸附剂的效果得到有效的发挥。
In order to evenly add different density and different particle size of powder materials into the filter rods, the adding volume should be adjusted in the range of 0.5 - 5.0 mg/mm according to the design requirement, at the same time, the powder material can be greatly recycled, and the production environment is not polluted. With the stability of the rod's physical data enhanced, the absorbent can can be brought into greatest effect.
