The formation of the spirit and quality of college students＇ honesty is both process of ideological cognition and that of behavioral cultivation and accumulation, which requires the strengthening of internal accomplishment, external restrictions, normalization and environmental exposure. To establish the system of college students＇ honesty is to enable the college students to become self-disciplined through the external restrictions and normalization, which is not only the prerequisite for enhancing the moral construction of higher institutions but also the prerequisite for building up a harmonious and honest society.
