儿童血小板减少症的可溶性选择素P、L检测

Detection of Plasmic Solubility Selectin P and L in Puerile Thrombopenia

目的探讨血浆可溶性选择素在儿童血小板减少症血浆浓度变化。方法儿童ITP患者25例,白血病15例,再生障碍性贫血15例,均为初发病例,在接受治疗前采集清晨空腹全血。对照组为15例健康体检儿童,采集清晨空腹全血2 m l。所有血液标本均先检测即时血小板计数,然后分离血浆检测可溶性选择素。结果ITP组和白血病组血浆sP浓度低于对照组(P<0.05)。再生障碍性贫血组血浆sP浓度与对照组无显著差异。然而与对照组的血浆sP/Plt浓度相比,ITP组和再生障碍性贫血组均高于对照组9倍左右(P<0.01),白血病组则无显著差异。白血病组血浆sL浓度高于对照组3倍左右(P<0.01),其它两组无显著差异。结论ITP组sP浓度下降,sP/Plt浓度明显升高;白血病组sP浓度明显下降,sL明显升高;再障组sP/Plt明显升高。

Objective To investigate the concentration diversity of plasmic solubility selectins of puerile thrombopenia. Methods To select 25 cases of puerile ITP, 15 cases of puerile leucocythemia, 15 cases of puerile aplastic anemia and 15 healthy children. They were all ill for the first time. Before they accepted therapy, we collected two milliliter of their whole blood in morning before their breakfast, in order to detect the number of platelet at once, then, separate the plasma. Finally, detect the concentration of each plasmic solubility selectin. Results The concentration of sP-selectin in puerile ITP and leucocythemia decrease（P 〈 0. 05）, while the concentration of sP-selectin in puerile aplastic anemia had no change. The concentration of single platelet＇ s sP-selectin（sP/Plt）in puerile ITP and aplastic anemia was 10 times as much as healthy children＇ s （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and the concentration of sP/Plt in puerile leucocythemia had no change. The concentration of sL-selectin in puerile thrombopenia was 4 times as much as healthy children＇ s（P 〈0.01）, the other two sets had no change. Conclusion The concentration of sP-selectin in puerile ITP decreases, but the concentration of single platelet＇ s sP-selectin （sP/Plt）in puerile ITP increases significantly. The concentration of sP-selectin in puerile leucocythemia decreases significantly, and their concentration of sL- selectin increases significantly. The concentration of single platelet＇ s sP-selectin（sP/Plt） in puerile aplastic anemia increases significantly.
