高渗盐水雾化吸入方法在痰标本采集困难病人中的应用 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探讨高渗盐水雾化吸入方法对干咳病人促进排痰的效果。方法:2003年2月至2005年8月本所临床科室收治的需取痰样检查而采样困难的120例病人,用5%氯化钠溶液或0.9%氯化钠溶液对无痰病人进行雾化吸入后采痰。结果:5%氯化钠溶液雾化吸入组有效排痰率为93.5%(56/60);0.9%氯化钠溶液雾化吸入组有效排痰率为30%(18/60)。两者比较,差异有显著性(P<0.001)。结论:雾化吸入高渗盐水可明显提高干咳病人痰标本采样的成功率。 Objective: to investigate the sputum-inductive effect of hypertonic aerosolized saline inhalation in patients with non-productive cough. Methods: Between February 2003 and August 2005, aerosolized hypertonic saline (5%) or normal saline (0.9%) was inhaled in 120 patients who were unsuccessful in routine sputum collection. Results: Efficacy of sputum induction was 95.5% (56/60) with hypertonic saline aerosol vs 30% (18/60) with normal saline aerosol. A significant difference was found between the two inhalations (P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion: Aerosolized hypertonic saline inhalation appeared to remarkably increase the rate of successful sputum induction.
