去表皮乳晕双三角皮瓣治疗乳头内陷

Modified Correction of Dipple Inversion with Dual De-epithelialized Triangular Areola Flaps

目的:介绍一种改良“去表皮乳晕双三角皮瓣法”矫治乳头内陷的手术方法。方法:在用乳晕去表皮双三角皮瓣填充支撑法矫治乳头内陷时,将一侧皮瓣向乳头内翻转270度以填充隆起乳头,然后另一侧皮瓣翻转180度置于乳头基部以支撑乳头和缩小乳头基底直径。结果:2001年1月-2006年5月采用此法矫正先天性乳头内陷15例均获成功,外形满意,感觉良好,无复发。结论:本法是矫治乳头内陷的一种较理想的手术方法。

Objective： To introduce a new effective operative method by using dual de-epithelialized triangular areola flaps as supporting tissue to correct inverted nipples. Methods： In this procedure, one of the dual deepithelialized triangular flaps was turned 270°medially to the nipple as supporting tissue, the other was reversed 180° and placed beneath the base of the nipple. The base was then tightened to reinforce the protrusion and prevent the withdrawal of the nipple. Results： 15 patients were successfully treated with this technique from January 2002 to May 2005. In all cases, there were no complications related to surgery, and the appearance and sensation of the nipples were satisfactory. Conclusion： This method is simple, safe and effective for correction of nipple inversion.
