Functional MR imaging on acupuncture effects:current status and prospects

目的目前运用脑功能磁共振成像(functionalmagneticresonanceimaging,fMRI)研究针灸效应较多的有针灸方法和参数对激活脑功能区的影响,以及腧穴和脑功能区的特定联系,包括针刺镇痛中枢机制,针灸语言、听觉或运动相关腧穴在中枢的反应等。但fMRI对针刺穴位的研究在实验设计、数据处理、脑皮层下功能及脊髓功能活动显示等方面,需要不断的完善和发展,本文综述相关文献如下。

Functional magnetic resonance image （fMRI） on acupuncture effects have been mainly applied on the needling methods or parameters activating cerebral functional region, as well as the specific relationship among acupoints and cerebral funtional region, the central mechanisms of acupuncture analgesia, language, auditory, motor and so on. However, fMRI should be improved after designing experimental method, processing data and demonstrateing fancfional subcortex and spinal region are perfected. Thiss article introduces the advances of fMPd on acupuncture effects.
