摘要
目的评价应用CR质量控制检测程序对CR系统主机性能的检测。方法通过对CR主机系统中IP背景噪声、IP的一致性、照射量指示器的校准、响应线性、激光束功能、极限分辨率和分辨率一致性、低对比度分辨率、空间距离精度、IP擦除完全性、滤线栅效应、IP通过量进行检测,对所得实验数据进行分析处理,与验收检测时的性能指标数值进行比较,判断是否符合质量控制要求。结果CR主机系统中除IP背景噪声外其他性能指标均符合质量控制技术要求。结论定期的质量控制检测的应用能有效保证系统性能良好和维持最优化的影像质量。
Objective:To evaluate the mainframe performance of the CR system with the quality control programme. Methods: The parameters, such as IP dark noise, system uniformity, exposure indicator calibration, system linearity, laser beam function, high contrast resolution, low contrast resolution, geometrical distortions, erase thoroughness, grid response, reader throughput are checked out. The achieved data are analyzed, compared them with the baseline value of the acceptance testing in accordance with the quality control request. Results: All parameters of CR mainframe system are in normal range of quality control demand, except for IP dark noise. Conclusion:The periodical quality control could assure the performance of CR system and maintain the optimical image quality.
