Expressions and clinical significance of Fos and Jun proteins in gastric adenocarcinoma

摘要 目的:检测Fos和Jun在胃癌组织中的表达,探讨其与胃癌的发生、发展及生物学行为的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SABC法检测54例胃癌及癌旁组织中Fos和Jun基因蛋白的表达。数据采用SPSS统计软件包及x2检验分析。结果: c-Fos和c-Jun在胃癌及癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为68.5%、27.8%和63.0%、24.1%;c-Fos和c-Jun的表达在胃癌不同组织学分级间差异有统计学意义(x2分别为8.101和6.742;P分别为0.018和0.032),在淋巴结转移和TNM分期间差异无统计学意义(x2分别为1.534、1.342和0.055、0.499;P分别为0.219、0.266和0.832、0.492);胃癌及癌旁组织中c-Fos与c-Jun之间的表达呈正相关。结论:c-Fos和c-Jun基因蛋白表达变化发生在肿瘤细胞形态变化之前,可作为胃癌早期诊断的分子病理学指标。 OBJECTIVE:To detect the expressions of Fos and Jun in gastric carcinoma and study their correlation with the development and biological behaviour of the tumor. METHODS: The expressions of gene proteins of Fos and Jun in fifty-four gastric carcinoma and adjacent tissues of gastric carcinoma were detected by the immunohistoehemieal method of SABC. Statistical analysis were calculated by SPSS system and Chi-Square test. RESULTS: Positive cytoplasmic immunoreaetivities were seen in a proportion of 68.5% and 27.8% for c-Fos, 63.0% and 24. 1% for c-Jun in the samples of gastric cancer and adjacent tissues of gastric carcinoma. The significant difference was present in the expressions of c-Fos, c-Jun among different histologic types(x^2=8. 101, 6. 742; P= 0.018, 0.032), but wasn't present among different status of regional lymph nodes and TNM stages (x^2= 1.534, 1.342, 0.055, 0.499; P=0.219, 0.266, 0.832, 0.492). There was a positive correlation between the expressions of c-Fos and c-Jun in gastric carcinoma and nearby carcinoma tissues. CONCLUSIONS: The expressions of c-Fos and c-Jun maybe provide proofs for gastric carcinoma grouping, and it can be used as the molecular pathological symbols for early diagnosis.
