加氧灌注在预防肝脏缺血再灌注损伤中的应用

摘要 在肝移植领域中,缺血再灌注损伤是一个亟待解决的重大课题。加氧冷灌注是防治肝移植缺血再灌注损伤的一种新方法,它能够有效恢复缺血供肝的氧供,提高供肝的ATP水平,改善供肝在缺血期间的能量代谢,从而最终提高肝移植的成功率。预计加氧冷灌在肝移植领域将有广阔的应用前景。
