摘要 本文利用相差成像技术,结合衍射反差成像及电子束辐照破坏引起的反差变化,研究了等规聚丙烯及聚丙烯与聚乙烯共混物的微结构。同时提出了相差成像技术是研究结晶聚合物及结晶/结晶聚合物共混物形态结构的可靠方法,并扼要叙述了相差成像原理。 Application of defocus microscopy to the study of morphological structure of isotatic polypropylene(iPP) and its blends with polyethylene(PE) was investigated. By this technique, it is very easy to see the microstructure of iPP spherulites, i.e. cross-hatched structure of lamellae, which are clearly shown in the defocused image of iPP. The main result of our investigation of phase contrast imaging of iPP / PE blends is that the morphological structures are shown, as iPP and PE(HDPE, LLDPE and LDPE) could be distin-guished one from the other, which could hardly be done by other techniques. However, in certain cases, it is necessary to use the technique of contrast change induced by electron beam radiation damage in order to identify PE.
