摘要
本文采用阻抗法无创性心功能血流动力学计算机实时监测系统,对30只小鼠的心功能进行了测定。其心阻抗微分图的A、C、O波明显,且均与心电图(ECG)的P波、QRS波、T波在时间上相对应。获得了麻醉小鼠的心功能参数,其中心率(HR)为552.47±80.73beat/min,射血前期(PEP)为25.86±4.80ms,左室射血期(LVET)为58.83±9.13ms,心输出量(CO)为2.50±0.88ml/min,心脏指数(HI)为466.76±186.61ohm/s2。雌雄间差异不明显。
The heart function were determined by impedance caridiography with non invasive heart function and hemodynamic computer monitoring system in 30 mice under intraperitoneal sodium pentobarbital anesthesia.The C,A,and C waves which appeared clearly in impedance cardiography paralleled and responded the P,QRS and T waves in ECG.The results showed that the HR was 552 5±80 7 beat/min,PEP 25 86±4 80ms,LVET 58 83±9 13ms,CO 2 50±0 88ml/min,HI 464 8±186 6 ohm/s 2。The difference was not found between male and female mice,but found among mice,rats,rabbits and other species.
