微型钻切除下颌骨造釉细胞瘤之初探

THE PRIMARY STUDY OF AMELOBLASTOMECTOMY OF MANDIBLE WITH COMMAND DRILL

造釉细胞瘤是一种有局部浸润生长的良性肿瘤。保守性治疗易复发，根治性治疗易遗留严重功能障碍和畸形。作者采用微型钻切除造釉细胞瘤６例。对实性肿瘤于肿瘤外缘外０．２～０．３ｃｍ切除肿瘤。若首次切除不彻底，可再行补充切除或磨除。对囊性肿瘤，先摘除囊壁，再磨除根尖区和肿瘤浸润区病变组织。经４年随访。

The amelogblastoma in a benign tumor with invision growth.It has a strong tendency to recurrence treated by conservative excision and there is seriously functional and esthetic deformity by radical resection.We have treated 6 cases of ameloblastomas of the mandible with Command Drill since 1991.The tumors were resected outside 0 2￣0 3cm of their borders in those cellular tumors and extracted cystic wall and excised the root tip and invised bone with drill in those cystic tumors.Four year follow up data show the results are satisfied.
