摘要
以家兔复制心肌缺血—再灌注模型，测得心肌缺血３０分钟与再灌注３０分钟时，血液中游离脂肪酸和乳酸的浓度明显高于心肌正常供氧时。（Ｐ＜０．０１），且乳酸的浓度在心肌再灌注后明显高于心肌缺血时（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
Both free fatty acid (FFA) and lactate provide energy in the myocardium.The concentrations of FFA and lactate in the blood were determined in 30 rabbits whose myocardium was ischemic and reperfusive.The result was that the concenrations of FFA and lactate after myocardial ischemia and reperfusion were much higher than in the normal state (P<0 01),and so was that of the lactate during myocardial reperfusion than during myocardial ischemia (P<0 01)There was no relation between the elevation of the concentration of FFA and lactate and the reperfusive arrhythmias (P>0 05).
