MAPK信号通路在诱导Th1/Th2分化中的作用 被引量:11

摘要 丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路是介导细胞外刺激到细胞内反应的重要信号转号系统,在诱导Th1/Th2分化中起重要作用,其中JNK1能够抑制初始CD4+T细胞向Th2分化,JNK2诱导其向Th1分化并能促进相应细胞因子的分泌;p38既能诱导Th1分化,也能促进Th2分化;ERK1/2则能诱导CD4+T细胞向Th2分化。
