可溶性MHC-肽四聚体技术及其应用进展 被引量：5

摘要 抗原特异性细胞毒T淋巴细胞(cytotoxic T lymphocytes,CTL)在控制病毒感染和肿瘤免疫治疗中具有重要作用。而研究、制备由主要组织相容性复合体(major histocompatibility complex,MHC)I类分子的α链和β2微球蛋白、抗原肽以及有荧光染料标记的连接蛋白组成的四聚体,能够为鉴定特异性CTL及研究细胞免疫机制提供简便、有效途径,同时也为有关疾病的细胞免疫治疗提供新的方法。
