摘要 针对水泥稳定碎石基层在湿度、温度变化时易产生收缩裂缝这一缺陷,在集料、各种水泥基本性能试验结果的基础上,开展了考虑收缩因素的水泥稳定碎石集料级配组成设计研究.对9种集料级配的水泥稳定碎石分别进行无侧限抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、干缩及温缩试验,探求集料级配组成对水泥稳定碎石强度和变形稳定性的影响规律,提出了收缩性能改善、干缩量减少的可供工程使用的水泥稳定碎石集料级配组成设计方案,这对提高水泥稳定碎石基层的抗裂性能具有重要意义. Aiming at the default of cracking of cement-stabilized macadam base course coming forth easily, under the condition of moisture and temperature changing, a research on the gradation composition design of cement-stabilized macadam mixture considering shrinkage deformation factors was developed based on trial results of aggregates and kinds of cement. Unconfined compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, dry shrinkage and temperature shrinkage of 9 different kinds of aggregate gradation were tested to search effect of aggregate gradation on strength and deformation stability, and putting forward the improved design scheme on gradation composition to reform shrinkage performance and reduce dry shrinkage quantities for project employ. The research result has significance sense for improving crack resistance of cement stabilized macadam base course.
