乙肝表面抗原压电免疫传感器实验条件优化和质量控制

摘要 目的:对聚乙烯亚胺-戊二醛交联法进行优化,提高乙肝表面抗原压电免疫传感器的灵敏度和特异性。方法:通过统计学处理,确定PEI和戊二醛的最佳固定量(即频率改变值)范围,将乙肝表面抗体固定于石英晶体表面,检测抗原。结果:根据,确定PEI、戊二醛最佳固定量范围分别是141.82 Hz~230.18 Hz,98.90 Hz~172.10 Hz;并可以明显区分阴阳性血清。结论:该传感器具有临床应用价值。x! Objective: To optimize PEI-Glutaradehyde cross-linking method, it can improve sensitivity and idiosyncrasy of piezoelectric immunosensor. Methods: Using statistics to confirm the range of frequency shifts of PEI and glutaraldehyde, and immobilizing anti-HBsAg, detect HBsAg. Results: The best frequency shifs of PEI and glutaraldehyde were 141.82 Hz-230.1 8 Hz, 98.90 Hz- 172.10 Hz. The immunosensor can distinguish negative and positive serum obviously. Conclusions: The immunsensor is worth for extending in clinic.
