重症肌无力患者的死因分析

The analysis on the cause of death for the patients with MG

目的探讨重症肌无力患者的可干预因素以减少死亡率。方法对81例重症肌无力患者的死因进行回顾性分析。结果感染和肌无力危象是引起死亡的主要原因。结论预防感染的发生和避免肌无力危象是可干预的主要因素。

Objective.. To discuss the intervensional factors of deth in MG（myasthenia gravis）patients to decrease the death rate. Methods.. To do retrospective analysis of death reasons in 81 MG patients. Results.. Infection and MG critical state are the main reasons that cause death. Conclusions.. To prevent infection and avoid MG critical state are the key factors that can be prevented to decrease the death rate.
