摘要
通过改变激光衍射仪传统的测量方式,采用在同一切变率下快速连续采点的方法,发现红细胞的变形表现出一延迟过程,并从理论上予以解释。
The deformation index(DI)measured with traditional ektacytometry isthe mean deformation index in a definitp shear rate.Even though it has a lot ofadvantages,it is defficult to reflect the time response of erythrocyte deformation.In thepresent paper,We addressed a modified method of traditional ektacytometry,which canpick up deformation index quicklyand continuelly in a definite shear rate.With thismodified method we studied the delay behaviors of erythrocyte deformation. The resultsdemonstrate that the process of erythrocyte deformation in a shear flow field shows adelay behavior.The theoretical explanalion was presented for this phenomena.
