CD10在弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤中的表达及其与细胞凋亡和预后的关系

CD10 expression and its relationship with cell apoptosis and prognosis of diffuse large B- cell iymphomas

目的探讨CD10在弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）中的表达及其与细胞凋亡和预后的关系。方法应用TUNEL技术和免疫组化法，检测45例弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤中细胞凋亡和CD10蛋白的表达水平。结果31．1％（14／45）DLBCL表达CD10，其表达与年龄、性别、发病部位和疾病分期等无关；CD．0表达阳性组平均凋亡指数高于阴性组（P〈0．05）；CD10阳性表达组的平均生存时间长于阴性组（P〈0．05）。结论CD10在DLBCL中表达与细胞凋亡密切相关，并可作为DLBCL预后评估的参考指标之一。

Objective To explore the relationship between CD10expression and the cell apoptosis and prognosis of diffuse large B-cell lymphomas（DLBCL）, Methods Tdt-mediated UTP nick end labeling （TUNEL） and immunohistochemistry were used to study cell apoptosis and expression of CD10 respectively in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma samples. Results The CD10 positive rate was 31.1% （14/45） in DLBCL samples. The expression of CD10 was correlated with apoptotic index among 45 diffuse large B-cell lymphoma samples, but not with age, gender, site and staging. The mean survival period was significantly longer in patients expressing CD10 than in CD10-negative group. Conclusions The expression of CDiois highly correlated with cell apoptosis , and may be an useful prognostic index for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
