Empirical Study on the Circulation of Rural Collective Land Ownership

通过实地调研,思南县农村集体土地所有权流转中存在一些实际问题。解决这些问题,1.改革现行征地制度,充分利用市场机制配置有限的土地资源;2.提高农村集体土地的征地补偿价格;3.建立失地农民保障机制,使失地农民的生活水平不致下降;4.赋予农村集体土地完整的土地所有权。

The field investigation in Sinan county discovers some realistic problems in the circulation of collective land ownership. This article analyzes the problems and its cause and puts forward some suggestions.
