从《保险法》第二次修改看贵州商业保险业发展

On the Development of Guizhou Commercial Insurance Industry from the Perspective of the Second Revision of Insurance Law

随着2006年的逐渐临近,我国金融业入世过渡期即将结束。为适应新形势的发展,保监会于2005年9月提出现行《保险法》修改建议稿。《保险法》的第二次修改,有新的趋势及特点,贵州商业保险业要有相应的措施。

The approaching of year 2006 will see the ending of the transition period of entering WTO of financial industry. China Insurance Regulatory Commission proposed the revised Insurance Law in the September of year 2005. There appear some new tendencies and characteristics in the revised version. Thus some relevant measures should be taken b.y Guizhou commercial insurance industry.
