摘要
健身,包括健心;健心,重于健身。在中华传统健身理论与方法中,凝结着儒家、道家(及道教)、佛教等中国传统文化的多重滋养。从分析佛教灵肉二元与精神永恒、三界六道与众生平等、因缘聚散与中道无住等佛教基本理路入手,发现佛教的“形上”与“形下”可以统一,故在中华传统文化健心功能中佛教可以通过帮助人们解决彼岸寄托和提升道德境界的办法达到健心。这种作用在构建和谐社会中的当今可以有针对性地加以挖掘、改造和适当融入。
Fitness , include mental health; emphasizing fitness. The theory and methods of Chinese??? traditional? fitness embody multiple trophoblast of Confucianism, Daoism (Taoism), Buddhism in traditional Chinese culture. The article analyzes the Buddhist basic ideology from the binary of the body and soul to the eternal spirit, from the six tracks and the three realms to the equality of all living creatures, from the meeting and parting of hetupratyaya to Madhyamapratipad wuzhu. The article clarifies "form up" , "form descend" and their unification. It also discusses the action of Buddhism in solving bailment of the other shore and promoting? morals realm on Chinese traditional culture's? mental health function, scooping out Buddhism's many enlightened things in setting up the harmonious society and? integrating some Buddhism spirit in enhancing social tension of original? place.
