影响南京市田径后备人材培养因素的分析及对策研究

Factors Analysis and Countermeasure Research about Bringing up Reserve Athletes

通过文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等方法以影响南京市田径后备人材培养的因素为研究对象,对田径项目情况、教练员、运动员的基本情况等因素进行了分析,提出了加强体教合一的教学效果,加大优势项目的政策性倾斜,提高教练员的实际综合训练能力的建议对策。

The author analyzed the facts of Jiangsu＇ s track and field, including strength, coaches and athletes in order to know about the basic factors which can affect to bring up reserve athletes, furthermore, and brought forward some advice, such as strengthening to combine education with training, supporting superiority sports items, improving compressive abilities of coaches.
